Resilience Home Health Annual Holiday Party 2022

Resilience Home Health celebrated its annual holiday party on December 3, 2022, at the Tamarack Golf Club in Naperville. Nearly 100 Resilience employees and guests enjoyed a night of connecting with colleagues, cheering on award winners, singing group karaoke, and tons of dancing.

This year the company awarded 32 employees with the Mission Impossible recognition. Each awardee was honored in various categories ranging from wound care and intake coolness to therapy guru and weekend warrior and received a $100 check. Two outstanding employees were honored for the Employee of the Year Award and received a $1,000 check for their consistent exceptional care, superior performance, and always going above the call of duty. The awards ceremony concluded with surprise gift cards underneath the chairs of four lucky winners.

“Our annual holiday party is a wonderful way to show our gratitude and appreciation to all our staff who work hard throughout the year to provide care and support to our patients, and of course, to have some fun together and continue growing as a team,” says Chris Gomez, CEO of Resilience Home Health.

To kick off dancing for the evening, DJ Richie the Party Master randomly selected a few tables to sing karaoke before everyone hit the dance floor.
