Resilience Home Health Celebrates its Annual Holiday Party and 10-year Anniversary

On December 9, 2023, Resilience Home Health celebrated its annual holiday party and 10-year anniversary at the CityGate Grille in Naperville.

This year the company expanded its Employee Recognition Program and granted awards to 40 employees. In addition to Resilience’s staple Mission Impossible Awards, the newly expanded program includes the international DAISY award for nurses, and company awards which includes a Stem Award for therapists, a Sunflower award for non-clinical staff, and a SHP award for clinicians who achieved multiple 100% patient surveys throughout the year.

The Employee of the Year Award was given to two employees for their outstanding performance and Founders Awards were given to the longest standing employee and director of nursing. After the awards ceremony, there was a gift card raffle drawing for a winner at each table.

“Our holiday party is a great opportunity to express our thanks and appreciation to all our employees for their tremendous effort in caring for and supporting our patients throughout the year. I’m happy that we were also able to celebrate our 10-year anniversary to reflect on how far we’ve come and look ahead to what’s next—our continued growth as a team and company,” says Chris Gomez, CEO of Resilience Home Health.

There were 125 employees and guests that came out for an evening celebrating awardees, getting a tarot reading, taking fun photos at the photobooth, and hitting the dance floor.
